Shipping Notifications
Once your order is confirmed and items are shipped, you will receive a notification email with tracking information. Typically, shipments are left at your door or placed in your mailbox for your convenience. Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday.
Priority Shipping
Priority shipping is available within the U.S. and ensures delivery within 24 hours to 2 business days, depending on your location. This expedited shipping option is perfect for those who want their new puppy to arrive quickly. We process priority orders with the same efficiency as standard orders, Monday through Friday.
How We Ship Our Puppies
Shipping puppies is taken very seriously at Australia Shepherd Kingdom. A licensed veterinarian performs a complete health examination for every puppy, including a fecal test to check for worms or parasites. Only airlines that implement a Pet Safety Program are used to ensure your puppy’s safe travel.
Booking Your Puppy’s Delivery
Upon receiving your reservation deposit, a delivery appointment will be booked, and an email itinerary containing flight details, schedules, and tracking information will be sent. On the day of your puppy’s journey, the delivery agency picks up your puppy from our breeding facility to ensure they are prepared for travel.
After checking in at the airport, you will receive an email and phone call from the delivery agency with full flight details. Throughout the day of the flight, updates will be provided step-by-step until your puppy arrives safely at your doorstep. A tracking number will also be given to monitor your puppy’s flight progress.
Delivery Timeline
When your puppy is at least 8 weeks old and possesses all necessary medical documents for shipment, delivery typically occurs within 6-8 hours on the same day or the following day. Please note that a minimum of 2 hours is required to purchase the airline ticket, as this allows us to secure the best airfares. Your patience during this process is appreciated as we strive to deliver your puppy as swiftly as possible.
Summer Deliveries
During the summer months, heat restrictions may affect shipping options. In such cases, arrangements will be made for personal flights, where one of our staff members flies with your puppy in an approved soft crate that fits under the seat. Road transportation via van directly to your delivery address is also available in the United States and Canada.
International Shipping
All items are available for shipping within the U.S. and Canada. For international locations not listed in our checkout process, please contact us directly for pricing and availability.
Additional Details
Once your puppy arrives, it will be in a brand new airline-approved kennel equipped with absorbent bedding and a food and water dish. Transportation occurs in a temperature-controlled environment within the pet-friendly area of the aircraft, ensuring a safe journey.
Note: Any additional kenneling fees resulting from flight cancellations will be the responsibility of the individual receiving the puppy.
